How long is shipping?

• Standard Shipping (Hong Kong Post): quoted 7-14 business days,

• Expedited Shipping DHL : quoted 3-4 business days

All subject to COVID19 delays which currently impacts all couriers

 

How much is shipping?

• Expedited Shipping DHL/FEDEX/SF Express:  See shipping cost at checkout. For large orders please send us an email stating the request so a better price can be provided.

 

My order has a mix of pre-order items, and currently in-stock items, when will it ship?

The product will be shipped together when the pre-order item comes into stock on its release date. If you have multiple pre-order items in your cart/order with different release dates, please contact us on Whatsapp, Instagram or Facebook. 

  

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Only the national courier delivers to PO Box addresses. This is subject to change due to their services and operations. For now USA and Australia PO boxes are accepted addresses.

 

How long is handling time?

Typically 1-3 business days. We aim to fulfil all orders within 5 business days.
